About the Role
You’ll bring ideas to life—turning campaigns, events, and partnerships into unforgettable brand experiences. Equal parts planner and marketer, you’ll manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure every project makes noise in the right way. What You’ll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns for key events and projects.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and creative assets across multiple campaigns.
- Support event promotion through digital, social media, and community channels.
- Track performance metrics, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
- Brainstorm creative activations and partnerships that drive visibility and engagement.
Kualifikasi
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years experience in marketing, event management, or project coordination.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability.
- Strong communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Creative thinker who understands brand, design, and audience engagement.
- Comfortable using tools like Notion, Canva, Trello, or Google Workspace.
Bonus Points
- Experience running campaigns for large-scale events or communities.
- Familiarity with social media marketing and performance analytics.
- Passion for crafting experiences that people remember.
