Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Program & Event Management: Plan, execute, monitor, and report on promotional programs and event initiatives related to capital market products.
Budgeting & Proposals: Arrange tactical marketing budgets and prepare proposals to support promotional activities.
Market Analysis: Study market trends to identify new opportunities for product and distribution enhancements.
Strategic Planning: Develop strategies to achieve company objectives in revenue, profitability, and market share.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, IT, and finance departments to create beneficial programs and events.

Kualifikasi

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or Business Management.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in marketing, preferably within the financial industry or startups (e.g., capital markets, insurance, investment management, banking, or fintech).
Creativity & Innovation: Demonstrated ability to develop creative and innovative programs and promotions aimed at company growth, client acquisition, and transaction volume increase.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strategic Interest: Keen interest in strategic planning, project management, and program development.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and PowerPoint or Google Slides.
Teamwork: Proven team player with collaborative mindset.
Additional Qualifications: Preferably holds WMI, WAPERD, WPPE, or WPEE licenses.
