Job Responsibilities
Data Handling:
- Extract and load data efficiently, resolving errors, and verifying filter criteria.
- Analyze data flows by understanding input, output, and database connections.
- Inspect and manage job transformations for accurate data handling.
Salesforce Basics:
- Familiarity with fields, objects, and lookup functionalities in Salesforce.
Database Knowledge:
- Understand database schemas, views, and structures.
Technical Support:
- Provide expertise in defining requirements, designing, and developing data warehouse components, especially for ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) or ELT (Extract-Load-Transform) processes.
- Support implementations of Change Data Capture technologies.
Error Resolution:
- Analyze fallout reports and debug errors to ensure proper output file generation.
System Development:
- Research, design, and modify ETL functions, making enhancements to the system as needed.
- Design ETL processes, create source-to-target transformations, and develop load procedures.
Kualifikasi
Requirements
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Pentaho.
- Proven experience running large-scale web scraping tasks.
- Experience in leading people at least 1 person
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Linux/UNIX, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for data crawling, extraction, and processing.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good to have:
- Familiarity with system monitoring/administrationtools
- Familiarity with version control, open-source practices, and codereview
- Familiarity with Python SQL
