- Analyze user needs and finding the best solutions to meet the customers’ requirements.
- Responsible on implementation Data Management solution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in ETL development or data engineering.
- Experience with enterprise ETL tools (IBM DataStage preferred).
- Advanced SQL skills on Oracle, DB2, Teradata, or similar databases.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices.
- Experience with performance tuning, large data volumes, and complex transformations.
- Good knowledge of Unix/Linux and batch scheduling.
- Experience supporting production environments and performing RCA.
- Experience working as a technical lead in ETL projects.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients and stakeholders.
- ETL / Cloud / Database certifications are a plus.
