Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Implement Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) programs and ensure that all operational activities are carried out in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control (HIRADC/JSA) for each work process.
- Conducting safety patrols, routine inspections, and monitoring compliance with PPE use in the work area.
- Investigating work accidents, near misses, and environmental incidents, and compiling reports and recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct safety induction for new employees and provide regular OSH training and socialization.
- Ensure the readiness of emergency response facilities and systems, including fire extinguishers, hydrants, first aid kits, evacuation routes, and assembly points, as well as plan and conduct emergency drills at least once every 6 months.
- Manage and coordinate P2K3 activities, including preparing meeting agendas, documenting minutes, monitoring work programs, and reporting regularly to relevant agencies
- Coordinate with the production, maintenance, and management teams in efforts to improve the work safety culture
- Prepare routine reports on inspection results and work accident data
- Support the implementation of the K3 management system and internal and external audits
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Public Health, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or other relevant majors.
- Possess a General K3 Expert certification from the Ministry of Manpower
- Experience as an HSE/K3 in the manufacturing industry is preferred
- Understand K3-related laws and regulations, both national and international
- Able to identify hazards and assess risks (HIRADC/JSA)
- Familiar with conducting safety patrols, inspections, and internal audits
- Able to prepare work accident investigation reports
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Able to communicate in English (spoken and written)
- Available to work in a manufacturing area (factory) and conduct field visits as needed
- Available to join immediately (ASAP)
