Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct safety orientation for new employees
- Provide internal safety training and coordinate external training
- Prepare routine safety reports
- Conduct routine emergency response drills
- Investigate workplace accidents
- Conduct initial and periodic medical checkups for employees
- Identify hazards in the workplace
- Inspect and test mechanical equipment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: D3/S1 degree—preferably in Public Health, Occupational Safety and Health (K3), or Environmental Health
- Preferably at least 1 year of experience in manufacturing HSE
- Able to communicate in English (spoken and written)
- Possess strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Possess problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to work in a manufacturing environment (factory) and conduct field visits as needed
- Available to start immediately (ASAP)
