PT. United Family Food is a confectionery company; committed to continuously serve the best products and service to our customers. We are looking for talented and passionate members to become part of Unifam Group.
Responsibilities:
- To implement and support ERP systems
- Provide support to users and assist with troubleshooting issues and provide training
- Migrating data to prepare for system implementation
- Monitoring daily sales data
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from Information System/Computer Science
- A minimum of 1 year experience as IT Trainer/Support
- Understand the basic concept of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
- Having knowledge in troubleshooting software, hardware, and networking
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Willing to go on a business trip
- Placement: Kedoya, West Jakarta
