Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Supervise maintenance of Heavy equipment (forklifts/pallet movers/reach trucks) and retail appliance across multiple Hub and Warehouse
Develop maintenance schedules and repair procedures to eliminate downtime
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy equipment and retail appliances
Manage vendor relations for parts/services
Enforce K3 safety standards
Train staff on proper equipment use
Maintain all maintenance records and budgets
Maintaining usage schedule of heavy equipments

Kualifikasi

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
3+ yrs experience (heavy equipment, refrigeration unit & retail appliances) with 1+ year in a supervisory role, preferably in retail/FMCG
Expertise in Forklift hydraulics/electrical, commercial refrigeration, Kitchen equipment repair
Forklift Technician Certification
OHS/K3 certification
Ability to manage cross-functional teams (Hub, warehouse, kitchen)
Leadership & communication skills, quick response to operational emergencies
