Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Accountable for managing and monitoring all Environmental & Social (E&S) compliance across sites owned by the PSN Group, based on various existing standards and regulations such as the Environmental & Social Management Framework (ESMF), Environmental & Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), Environmental & Social Management Plan (ESMP), Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP), and any relevant internal regulations of PSN Group.
Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and compliance of all E&S documentation.
Manage compliance reporting for the Indonesian government and lenders.
Monitor project teams and all related vendors/contractors to ensure adherence to E&S requirements.
Submit periodic E&S reports and present E&S monitoring results to management, detailing the status and progress of E&S compliance.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field.
Experience as an E&S Officer/Specialist (or similar role) in infrastructure projects funded by multinational lenders (preferred).
Strong communication, leadership, and managerial skills.
Proficiency in both verbal and written English.
Willingness to undertake site visits across Indonesia, including Papua.
Resident of Jakarta.
