- Environmental Remediation & Pollution Control: Design systems to clean up contaminated soil, groundwater, and air.
- Waste Management: Develop plans for hazardous waste management, waste treatment, and recycling.
- Regulatory Compliance: Inspect industrial and municipal facilities to ensure compliance with environmental laws, laws, and regulations.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare, review, and update environmental reports and impact assessments.
- Sustainability Planning: Develop strategies for sustainable development, including climate change mitigation and natural resource management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree: A 4-year degree is essential. Preferred fields include environmental, civil, or chemical engineering.
- Core Subjects: Coursework includes biology, chemistry, physics, calculus, ecology, and environmental law.
- Accreditation: Employers often prefer candidates with degrees from ABET-accredited programs.
