Duties & Responsibilities:
● Developing & Researching detailed plans for new designs and products
● Hiring and supervising engineering teams
● Planning and executing strategies for completing projects
● Providing clear and concise instructions
● Communicate effectively with stakeholders
Kualifikasi
Qualifications & Requirements:
● Proven supervisory and technical skills
● Coding skill in NodeJS, Golang & Infrastructure level (cloud, unix, console, etc)
● Strong fundamentals in Software Engineering
● Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
●Tech lead / Engineering Manager with 7++ experience
