Deskripsi Pekerjaan

To assist and identify problems in any operating system affecting productivity and quality.
Prepared process document and work instruction.(Eg. FMEA, Pkg. Standard, Process Flow Chart, WI & Etc).
Asstist Engineer to qualifaication Process, Machine & Jig/Fixture
Support operation on productivity, quality and rework needs.
Assist Project/Design Dept. on any NJI requirement(New model/Product Design Change) in production process.
Assist Engineer to develops process improvements to effectively utilize equipment.
To perform evaluations related to stamping/secondary process and analyze data in any productivity/quality improvement.
Assist Engineer to organize and support in stamping and secondary processes improvement activities(Eg. Kaizen project, SGA & Etc).
Support on other assigned activities.

Kualifikasi

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant fields.
Proven experiences about implementation of basic concepts of production management.
Good communication skill, analytical thinking, problem solving.
Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
Commendable problem-solving skills, logical and analytical mindset,
Have Knowledge in 7QC tools, PDCA, 5Why analysis, , Kaizen, etc.
Competent in using computer and report writings, Microsoft Office.
