Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Execute daily engagement activities with sellers.
Troubleshoot customer issues that may cause customers to unsubscribe.
Influence, educate, assist, and help customers use the company’s products effectively and efficiently.
Analyze, sort, and follow up customer feature suggestions for internal stakeholders.
Monitor, report, and follow up feedback from engagement activities.
Maintain strong relationships with general and valued customers.
Conduct and lead meetings with customers (online or onsite) to understand their needs and improve customer experience.
Conduct customer surveys.
Actively communicate with new and existing customers via phone calls, emails, and meetings.

Kualifikasi

Minimum education: Bachelor’s or Diploma (or equivalent).
2 – 3 years of experience in roles such as Customer Support, Account Manager, Relationship Manager, or a relevant position.
Experience working in a startup (especially e-commerce or technology) is a huge advantage.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proven ability to manage multiple account management issues while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills (verbal and non-verbal) with customers and internal stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
Natural problem solving skills and analytical thinking.
