Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Strategizing and implementing both internal and external employer-branding initiatives/programs for KG (e.g Internship Program, Employee Assistance Program, etc.)
- Search for and liaise with external channels (e.g. universities, alumni networks, student influencers, communities, etc.)
- Organize an event collaboration (e.g. webinar, Guest lecturer, Guest speaker, Job Fair, Company Showcase session, etc.)
- Translate company value proposition into attractive and interactive content for company social media
- Research on content types/ideas that tailored to the audience persona
- Build and execute social media strategies to increase social media following (Instagram: @growwith_kg, Linkedin, Twitter, etc.), brand awareness, and build meaningful customer connections to engage with the brand
- Develop workable budgets, media, content, editorial plans, and realistic timetables for all campaign needs
- Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices to measure the effectiveness of employer branding strategies and every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns
- Work closely with related internal and external stakeholders such as other pages in KG to create impactful content & campaign
- Work closely with content writers and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
Kualifikasi
- Final year students or bachelor degree graduates in Communication, Marketing, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Previous experience in area of engagement, such as: employer branding, social media activation, or digital campaigns, etc. Candidates with different area of experiences but passionate in engagement and employer branding area are welcome to apply
- Adequate understanding of branding in order to communicate company value as an employer choice
- Savvy with social media communication techniques
- Able to do full-cycle social media management (content planning, ideation, execution, analysis, evaluating, and reporting)
- Broad knowledge and network in social media, influencers, and creatives
- Highly creative and continuously coming up with new fresh ideas
- Self-starter, creative, fun, with good interpersonal skills
- Strong collaborative and communications traits, able to work with internal and external stakeholders
- Adequate ability in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Fluent in storytelling techniques is a plus
