Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Research and interpret EVP into content themes and messaging
- Develop a content plan and calendar (topics, formats,timeline)
- Generate content ideas and draft sample copy for various formats (social media, blog, internal comms)
- Create or coordinate simple visual assets, including basic photo and video content creation
- Execute approved content plan; including copywriting, basic design, basic design, simple photo/video editing, and formatting
- Track content execution progress and document outcomes
Kualifikasi
- Students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (2nd year – final year)
- Excellent English communication skills (professional working level)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working remotely and collaborating with diverse teams
- A proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset
- Basic familiarity with design and video editor tools (Canva, Figma, CapCut, etc.) is a plus
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage content timelines
