As an Employer Branding Intern, you will:
- Support employer branding activities to promote the company.
- Assist in creating content for social media, career pages, and recruitment campaigns.
- Help organize and support recruitment events, job fairs, and campus activities.
- Support internal engagement activities and employee communication.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Kualifikasi
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Communication, Marketing, Psychology, HR, or related fields.
- Strong interest in employer branding, people culture, social media, and recruitment marketing.
- Familiar with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram) and understands content trends, analytics, and best practices.
- Skilled in content writing, storytelling, and visual communication.
- Familiar with basic visual design and video editing tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe, CapCut, etc)
- Highly creative and able to generate engaging, innovative content ideas
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta
