- Develop and implement employer branding strategies that are honestly aligned with our genuine company culture, true values, and real recruitment needs.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to enhance the Employer Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring messaging is credible and transparent.
- Create annual employer branding plans and content calendars that allow for agile adjustment to shifting market trends and recruitment priorities.
- Design and execute digital talent attraction campaigns across social media, career sites, and recruitment platforms, focusing on connecting with diverse talent pools with empathy.
- Produce compelling and transparent storytelling content, including videos, articles, and employee highlights, that authentically reflects the working environment.
- Build and nurture partnerships with universities, communities, professional organizations, and media, acting as a thoughtful and empathetic representative of our brand.
- Manage campus events, job fairs, and hiring events with the agility to handle logistics and unexpected changes while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Analyze employer branding metrics (engagement, talent pipeline data, career site traffic, review platforms) to identify opportunities for rapid, agile improvement.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data and trends, demonstrating the ability to quickly pivot and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in HR, employer branding, culture, or employee engagement roles, demonstrating a history of honest and empathetic interaction with employees and candidates.
- A naturally empathetic and collaborative individual, truly passionate about understanding and enhancing workplace culture and the employee experience.
- Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills used to create communications that are built on transparency and integrity.
- Highly adaptable to changing organizational needs, with the ability to pivot strategies quickly and effectively based on data and shifting market dynamics.
- Creative and solutions-oriented approach to branding, while always maintaining honest and authentic representations of the company.
