As an Education Trainer, you will:
- Deliver product and brand knowledge training to Beauty Advisors (BA) and Live Streaming Hosts.
- Create engaging and easy-to-understand training materials, both for online and offline sessions.
- Develop and update training plans and educational modules based on business needs.
- Represent the brand confidently in delivering sessions in an engaging and professional manner.
- Conduct field visits to stores/outlets/live studios for on-site coaching and training.
Kualifikasi
- Experience as a trainer in the beauty/cosmetics, retail, or related industry.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills with high confidence.
- Ability to independently create training materials (PowerPoint, modules, videos).
- Good understanding of beauty, skincare, and makeup is a plus.
- Energetic, persuasive, and capable of delivering content in a lively and engaging way.
- Willing to travel and conduct visits.
