Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Manage e-commerce operations across marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada)
Develop digital marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase sales
Lead and develop the e-commerce team while collaborating with related departments
Manage inventory planning and ensure product stock availability
Handle affiliate marketing programs and partnerships with KOLs/content creators
Coordinate live streaming activities and social commerce initiatives
Create and execute promotional programs (flash sales, bundle deals, seasonal campaigns)
Monitor performance metrics and create periodic reports with improvement recommendations
Manage digital marketing budget and ensure ROI target achievement
Conduct competitor analysis and optimize store performance ratings

Kualifikasi

Minimum 1 year experience managing e-commerce marketplaces with proven sales track record and well-known products in market trade
Minimum 2-3 years experience in F&B or FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry
Proven experience managing multiple e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada)
Strong leadership skills to lead and develop teams
Deep understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and paid advertising
