Job Desc
- Managing all end-to-end e-commerce sales and marketing
- Working together with marketing & operational team to manage all the working process
- Maximizing online sales from brand and marketplaces
- Working closely with online merchandising team to make sure about product selection and stocks
- Pay attention on P&L of the category for online channel
- Plan & create sales promotional for boosting sales
- Experienced in managing KOLs and affiliate marketing.
- Able to monitor and coordinate live streaming activities.
- Understanding of digital advertising is a plus.
Kualifikasi
Job Requirement :
- Have minimum 4+ years working experience in handle Ecommerce platform (Shopee, Tiktok, Tokopedia) fashion brand
- Data driven decision type of person
- Gather insight and give the best recommendation for sales, marketing & merchandising to boost sales
- Knowledge in retail industry is a plus
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta office
- Able to lead and develop the team
- Able to communicate with client or others lead department
