KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work on product life cycle (create, maintain, markdown, remove)
- Create and release products on multiple channels with accuracy and completeness of information being a key responsibility in the role
- Update and create copy where needed to ensure correct description is associated with appropriate item/s
- Work with photo studio on sampling process and generation product images, editing where required
- Manage site presentation of product categories and product and search results to maximize sales and sell through
- Manage and maintain websites including new configuring and publishing content with HTML editor
- Work on product information enrichment including, visualisation, and trends to ensure that all new go to market and product initiatives are being represented appropriately in a digital world
- Assist copy and photo briefs for product and attend photo shoots as needed
- Contribute new ideas and concepts for site content, digital marketing, and site merchandising
- Review analytical data and reports on a periodic basis and make suggestions for site and content improvements
- Create and maintain supporting spreadsheets
- Create and execute periodic reports, including metric reports on departmental performance
- Research additional product and category and content information as needed
- Assist in testing promotions and campaigns.
- Assist in reviewing customer journey and experiences for searching, researching and browsing product considering search results and seo aspects of the product.
- Perform regular QC activities and process checks ensuring maximum effectiveness and accuracy is delivered.

- Other tasks may be assigned from time to time which contribute to the overall success of the company
KEY MEASURABLES:
- Accurate asset delivery for each brand and channel service agreements
- Requesting and delivering product assets within timelines
- Product content (images, copy) distribution to channels as per schedule
- Ensuring Product content/Categories are accurate and relevant.

Kualifikasi
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:
- Passion for brands and sales and solution driven
- Minimum 1-2 years of ecommerce experience in a similar role
- Previous experience working in a merchandise, sales or retail account management role
- Ability to understand technology and how this impacts supply chain/Merchandise strategies
- Excellent attention to detail and aptitude for numbers
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support at all levels
- Exceptional organization, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Able to communicate in English language
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Ability to learn and support new and quickly changing technologies.
- Experience in the retail or surf industry or similar environment is preferred.
- Experience using a merchandise systems
- Experience in ecommerce product marketing
