  • Responsible for the profit and cost of all accounts under the e-commerce account group (MCN/Shopee & Tiktok Shop)
  • Responsible for the planning and management of its account personnel.
  • Responsible for the operation planning and planning of its account.
  • Responsible for the connection of platform resources
  • Responsible for docking with the BD department, customer resource docking, and delivery.
  • Responsible for sorting out and optimizing the workflow of its accounts and personnel.
  • Responsible for the management and development of its talents

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree: all majors are welcome to apply. Preferably majoring in Marketing, Communication, Economics, or Commerce.
  • Has 2-3 years experience in a similar field (advertising media/e-commerce) or handling a related product line (home-living/fashion/beauty/electronics)
  • Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.
  • Have a good awareness of cost management and be accountable for the entire team's revenue and expenses.
  • Have basic management and leadership skills; able to independently lead the team to achieve team goals and targets set by the company.
  • Have good market insight and learning ability, as well as certain data analysis abilities, and be able to make strategic adjustments based on data.
  • Have a certain ability to withstand pressure and dare to accept challenges.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, startup environment full of young and energetic teams.
  • Willing to relocate and fully WFO (KITIC area, Central Cikarang).
