Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and enhance customer experience.
Manage end-to-end operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory updates, promotions, and pricing.
Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to optimize traffic and conversions.
Oversee and manage livestreaming sessions, ensuring hosts deliver engaging content that drives sales.
Analyze performance metrics (e.g., sales, traffic, conversion rates, ad performance) and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute innovative campaigns to drive traffic and brand awareness.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the e-commerce space.

Kualifikasi

Minimum 5 years of combined experience in both brands & ecommerce industry
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms
Proven experience in optimizing digital ads with a focus on ROI.
Familiarity with managing livestreaming sales activities and coordinating with hosts.
Excellent analytical skills with experience using analytics tools
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
