We are currently looking for an experienced E-commerce & Retail Partnership Manager to work with us. If you are a strategic thinker with a knack for driving sales and enhancing customer experience in the realm of e-commerce and retail partnership, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and propose general sales and marketing programs for e-commerce and retail partnerships based on analysis of company segmentation, targeting, and positioning (STP), as well as analysis of the 7Ps (product, price, promotion, place, physical evidence, people, and process) as a reference for achieving company goals and competing effectively
- Create and analyze periodic target achievements and provide strategic recommendations for future target achievement
- Build relationships and collaborations with various parties to support the delivery of better service to customers, both from e-commerce and retail partnerships
- Ensure timely, effective, and thorough resolution of complaints in e-commerce and retail partnerships
- Achieve revenue targets
- Manage budgets and financing for development in e-commerce and retail partnerships while considering the principles of effectiveness and efficiency according to the needs and capabilities of the Company
Kualifikasi
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Ecommerce setting, digital marketing, campaign management, and retail partnership management with a strong track record of achieving sales targets
- Have previous deep experiences dealing with marketplace - Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, Tiktok Shop, etc from penetration stage to growth stage.
- Knowledge and/or experience in Digital Marketing tools like Digital Paid Ads, Google analytics, SEO, CPAS, affiliate marketing, online website and App architecture design is a must.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and develop effective strategies
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting always, taking ownership and executing initiatives
- A highly initiative self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
