Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement a comprehensive distribution strategy for pension products to achieve business goals.
- Drive sales performance to meet or exceed pension product distribution targets.
- Monitor sales activities and adjust strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and intermediaries.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the distribution team.
- Encourage the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance distribution efforts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 7+ years experience in pension and insurance industry preferable
- People management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
- Innovative mindset with a willingness to embrace change and drive continuous improvement.
