Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Mengeksekusi dan mengimplementasikan seluruh strategi bisnis di online store
- Bertanggungjawab terhadap seluruh kegiatan dalam marketplace (proses assortment, monitoring & controlling stock, update maupun perubahan product description page (PDP), diskon, key visual, etc)
- Mengeksekusi brand/account plan untuk setiap marketplace (diskon, voucher, GWP, bundle, kombo hemat, free ongkir, platform adds, dsb)
- Bertanggungjawab atas proses merchandising dan decorating pada seluruh online store
- Bertanggungjawab atas pembukaan account di marketplace untuk brand baru
- Bertanggungjawab atas sanity check pada saat brand campaign berlangsung pada seller center untuk masing-masing platform/marketplace
- Memastikan ketersediaan stok selama campaign berlangsung
- Memberikan brief berkaitan dengan aktivitas promosi maupun campaign yang dijalankan kepada PIC Cusomer Service di seluruh platorm/marketplace
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim Key Account di Principal untuk melakukan monitoring terhadap ads budget
- Memberikan rekomendasi kepada principal dalam proses listing SKU berdasarkan data penjualan per SKU di berbagai online store
Kualifikasi
- Min D3 atau S1, diutamakan dari jurusan Manajemen, Bisnis, Komunikasi, dan Pemasaran
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan interpersonal yang baik
- Memiliki pengetahuan terkait hubungan distributor dan prinsipal
- Memahami pengetahuan dasar terkait dengan marketplace
- Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di bidang e-commerce, key account, maupun marketing
- Bersedia untuk ditempatkan di Tegal, Jawa Tengah
