Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Mengembangkan dan mengeksekusi strategi bisnis e-commerce untuk menciptakan sumber revenue baru, termasuk mengidentifikasi peluang produk/market.
- Membuat, mengelola, dan mengoptimasi campaign Google Ads, serta membuat laporan performanya.
- Menangani dan follow-up pertanyaan customer.
- Mengumpulkan insight dari customer untuk perbaikan bisnis.
- Mendukung proses operasional transaksi, termasuk menangani permintaan sample, koordinasi pengiriman, serta membantu menyelesaikan kendala yang muncul agar proses berjalan lancar.
Kualifikasi
- Minimal S1 semua jurusan, diutamakan Marketing, Bisnis, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman 2–5 tahun sebagai E-Commerce Specialist, Marketplace Executive, atau posisi sejenis.
- Berpengalaman mengelola Google Ads.
- Memahami fitur marketplace, campaign, advertising, affiliate, live commerce, dan seller center.
- Mampu mengolah data menggunakan Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF) serta memahami Google Sheets.
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis data yang baik dan terbiasa membuat laporan penjualan.
- Memahami KPI e-commerce seperti GMV, Conversion Rate, CTR, ROAS, AOV, Traffic, dan Repeat Purchase.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, koordinasi, dan problem solving yang baik.
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan deadline.
