Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Plan, execute, and optimize promotional campaigns (flash sale, vouchers, bundling, GWP, etc.) to drive sales performance.
  2. Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and revenue.
  3. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, sales data, and marketplace metrics to generate actionable insights.
  4. Manage product listings, categories, and ensure content accuracy and attractiveness across platforms.
  5. Handle new product launches, including coordination with internal teams and campaign execution.
  6. Collaborate with marketing, warehouse, and supply chain teams to ensure stock availability and smooth operations.
  7. Stay updated with e-commerce trends, platform features, and competitor activities to maintain competitiveness.

Kualifikasi

  1. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce/marketplace (beauty or FMCG is preferred).
  2. Strong understanding of marketplace operations.
  3. Experience in handling promotions, campaigns, and ads (CPAS/marketplace ads is a plus).
  4. Proficient in data analysis and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets).
  5. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven mindset.
  6. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  7. High initiative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Passionate about beauty industry and digital trends is a plus.
