Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive online revenue growth, increase customer acquisition, and maximize sales conversions. This includes setting sales targets, identifying target customer segments, and implementing tactics to reach those goals.
- Manage the company's e-commerce platform, whether it's a website or online marketplace presence, overseeing product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, managing inventory levels, and optimizing the user experience for increased conversions.
- A solid understanding of the beauty industry, including familiarity with popular products, consumer trends, and competitors.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, such as search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and paid advertising, especially in e-commerce platforms.
- Strong ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions is essential. This involves monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), such as conversion rates, GMV, CAC, and CLTV, and calculating budget spend.
- Manage the e-commerce enabler in charge of warehousing/fulfillment as well as storefront management on marketplaces.
- Negotiate E-commerce marketing & third-party marketplace and growing e-commerce market share.
- Analyze and monitor performance against ROI goals and continually recommending for optimization and ongoing growth.
- Demonstrated excellent customer relationship management, monitoring and responding to reviews, feedback, and inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
- Outstanding project and time management skills and meticulous details
- Demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach will contribute to the success of the e-commerce sales efforts
- Highly motivated individual with 5 years driving E-commerce business ideally in the beauty industry ( marketplace and/ or brand e-commerce website
- Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skill: the ability to identify, prioritize and articulate highest impact initiatives, work on tight schedules
- Highly developed collaboration skills and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced company
- Able to work independently but also collaboratively
