About the role:
E-Commerce Operator at MOP Beauty will be responsible for executing day-to-day tasks across all e-commerce and quick commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Astro, and MOP Beauty’s Website). This role ensures operational excellence by managing administrative tasks, executing promotional strategies, maintaining platform accuracy, and ensuring timely implementation of business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage the daily execution of e-commerce activities across all platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Astro, Website).
- Implement and execute e-commerce promotional strategies and campaigns in alignment with business plans.
- Ensure timely uploads of product listings, visuals, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with the E-Commerce Executive and relevant teams to ensure campaigns and initiatives are launched accurately and on time.
- Manage backend operations such as product tagging, pricing, stock syncing, and fulfillment accuracy. Monitor ongoing campaign performance and flag operational risks or delays.
- Prepare operational reports related to listing, campaign execution, and product status.
- Stay updated with platform mechanics, trends, and timelines to ensure flawless execution.
Kualifikasi
Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace administration, preferably in beauty or FMCG.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and deadline-oriented.
Role-Specific Competencies:
- Familiarity with marketplace platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada, Astro).
- Comfortable using e-commerce seller centers and content management tools.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Self-driven with the ability to execute and follow through with minimal supervision.
- Basic proficiency in spreadsheets and project tracking tools.
