As an E-Commerce Operations Specialist you will have the responsibility in overseeing the smooth functioning of Facetology online retail platform.
Role Overview:
- Oversee pricing, promotions, and discounts in alignment with the marketing strategy.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain a high shop rating across all e-commerce platforms by resolving feedback and ensuring quality service.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Min 2 - 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within the beauty or retail industry.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and relevant software tools (e.g., inventory management, order fulfillment systems).
- Strong understanding of customer experience optimization, SEO best practices, and managing shop ratings.
- Analytical skills to track and interpret data, and use insights to improve sales performance and efficiency.
- Excellent organizational abilities and communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Willing to WFO from South Jakarta
