- Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with the overall retail business goals.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities in the online retail space.
- Lead and inspire a team of online sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Set clear objectives, track performance metrics, and provide regular feedback to the team.
- Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure effective presentation and promotion of products on the online platform.
- Implement strategies to highlight key products and promotions.
- Implement initiatives to enhance the online customer experience, including user interface improvements, personalized recommendations, and responsive customer support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align online sales initiatives with retail marketing campaigns.
- Utilize digital advertising, social media, and other online marketing channels to drive traffic and sales.
- Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure accurate product availability and timely fulfillment of online orders.
- Implement inventory optimization strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocks.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, customer behaviors, and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement data-driven strategies to optimize conversion rates and increase average order value.
- Regularly assess and optimize the functionality and user experience of the online retail platform.
- Implement A/B testing and improvements to enhance overall online sales performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications is a plus.
- Proven experience in online sales and e-commerce within the retail sector.
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
