Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Develop and execute monthly strategies plan to increase online sales and achieve revenue targets. Aggresively analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee the day-to-day e-commerce operations including reply chats, order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment (Collab with other Dept).
  • Ensure accuracy and attractive looking visual in product listings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Monitor and optimize conversion rates, traffic, ads performance, rating and other key performance metrics.
  • Implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, logistics, warehouse and finance to achieve business objectives.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics and generate reports. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve business outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and data protection policies. Identify and mitigate operational risks related to fraud, security, and legal compliance.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of minimum 1 year in handling e-commerce MALL/STAR+ sales operations, preferably within a tech & computer retail or renewable goods environment.
  • Strong analytical understanding of online marketing, merchandising, and customer behavior analysis.
  • Experienced with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok) and analytics tools (e.g., Shop Ads, Shop Promotion Tools).
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM tactics.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and ERP software is advantageous.
  • Certification in e-commerce or digital marketing would be a plus.
