Job Overview

We are looking for a E-Commerce Executive for Webstore. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of an e-commerce platform in the fashion retail industry. Their efforts contribute to the brand's online visibility, customer satisfaction, and overall business success in the digital landscape.

Job Roles:

  1. E-commerce Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring it is functional, user-friendly, and up-to-date.
  2. Product Management: Manage the online product catalog, including adding new products, updating product information, and optimizing product listings for SEO.
  3. Content Management: Ensure that product descriptions, images, and other content are accurate, compelling, and aligned with the brand's tone and style.
  4. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage e-commerce inventory levels, ensuring product availability and minimizing out-of-stock situations.
  5. Pricing and Promotions: Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute pricing strategies, discounts, and promotions to drive sales and maintain profitability.
  6. Audit fundamental product
  7. Maintain Conversion Rate Optimization
  8. Propose Landing page and create mock up
  9. Monitoring and evaluate website’s traffic
  10. Set up banner and web decoration 
  11. Make sales daily report


Job Qualifications:

  1. Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in marketing, e-commerce, business administration, or a related field is typically preferred.
  2. Experience: Min. 1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail management is highly valuable.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce), content management systems, and analytics tools.
  4. Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  5. Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret e-commerce metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Customer-Centric Approach: A focus on providing an exceptional online shopping experience for customers.
  7. Project Management: Effective project management skills to oversee multiple aspects of e-commerce operations.
  8. Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in product listings, pricing, and content.
  9. Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing e-commerce trends and technologies.
