Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly motivated E-Commerce Executive for Webstore to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stock, processing orders, and ensuring seamless coordination between various departments to maintain optimal stock levels and customer satisfaction in our webstore.

Job Role:

  1. Update Global Stock (Excel File): Regularly update and maintain the stock in an Excel file, ensure data accuracy and consistency across all inventory records.
  2. Update PCA Stock: Monitor and update the stock levels for PCA, ensure real-time accuracy and availability of stock information.
  3. List Order Data and Reconcile Items: Compile and organize order data from webstore, perform item reconciliation to ensure all orders are accurately accounted for.
  4. Follow Up on PCA Shipments:Track and follow up on shipments for PCA to ensure timely delivery, resolve any shipping issues or delays in coordination with the logistics team.
  5. Fulfill PCA Orders: Process and fulfill orders for PCA, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  6. Reconcile Orders: Conduct regular order reconciliations to ensure all transactions are properly recorded, identify and resolve discrepancies in orders and inventory.
  7. Ensure Stock Accuracy in Store and ERP for All Offline Stores: Verify and ensure stock accuracy in both physical stores and the ERP system, conduct regular audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
  8. Update Stock and Adjust Prices: Manage stock updates and price adjustments, coordinate with the pricing team to implement changes effectively.
  9. Resolve SI (Stock Information) Problems: Identify and resolve issues related to stock information discrepancies, collaborate with the IT and operations teams to troubleshoot and fix problems.
  10. Coordinate with Customer Service Regarding Stock and Products: Act as a liaison between the inventory management team and customer service, provide accurate stock and product information to customer service representatives.
  11. Create Employee Advance for Vendor Courier: Process and manage employee advances for vendor courier services, ensure timely and accurate financial transactions related to courier services.
  12. Coordination with Vendors: Maintain regular communication with vendors to ensure smooth operations, address any vendor-related issues promptly and effectively.
  13. Evaluate Vendor Performance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of vendors based on key metrics, provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  14. Optimize Shipping Costs: Analyze and optimize shipping costs to ensure cost-effective logistics, negotiate with vendors to secure the best possible rates for shipping.

Kualifikasi

Job Qualification:

  1. A bachelor's degree in marketing, e-commerce, business administration, or a related field from a reputable university with min. GPA of 3.00/4.00.
  2. Min. 1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail management is highly valuable.
  3. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce), content management systems, and analytics tools.
  4. Familiarity with digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  5. Strong analytical skills to interpret e-commerce/webstore metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  6. A focus on providing an exceptional online shopping experience for customers.
  7. Effective project management skills to oversee multiple aspects of e-commerce operations.
  8. A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in product listings, pricing, and content.
  9. The ability to adapt to changing e-commerce trends and technologies.
