Drive category GMV and order growth by managing merchant performance and achieving sales targets. Build and maintain strong merchant relationships, including strategic negotiations to maximize sales and long-term collaboration.
Manage daily merchant operations, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with platform policies and service standards.
Analyze market trends, competitors, pricing, promotions, and performance data to identify opportunities and recommend actionable strategies.
Coordinate merchant participation in platform campaigns and promotional activities to optimize sales performance.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or any related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in Relationship Management, Key Account Management, or Account Management in E-commerce industry.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Familiarity with PC or Home & Living industry products, brands, and merchant resources preferred.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
