Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for operation of digital product category (mobile top-up, electricity, tv cable, e-wallet, etc)
- Support system operations by managing price and product change, including price adjustments, uploading new products, online/offline products and adding product descriptions for the relevant product categories.
- Support balance top-ups, ensure sufficient balance availability for transactions, and maintain adequate supply levels to prevent any GMV loss due to insufficient balance or supply shortages
- Assist in monthly reconciliation and ensure third-party partners complete payments accurately and on time
- Collaborate with third-party partners to execute promotional initiatives, manage promotion budgets, analyze promotional activity, ensure all campaigns are delivered successfully and on time
- Collaborate with the marketing and design team to create push notifications, banners, and other promotional materials to support marketing initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Engineering, Finance or any related fields with minimum 3 years or more experience in e-commerce operations / supplier or account management / digital product category operations
- Understand the e-commerce industry, familiar with daily operations, strong data analysis and logical thinking skills, and have the ability and experience to solve complex problems
- Fluent in English for daily conversation
