About Us:
We are partnering with an innovative e-commerce business dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving online growth. The team is collaborative, flexible, and thrives in a dynamic remote environment.
We are seeking an E-Commerce Virtual Assistant. This role covers e-commerce management, graphic design, customer engagement, social media, and admin tasks. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, skilled in Lazada, Shopee, Carousell, and Telegram, with a strong eye for design and digital communication.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce & Customer Engagement
- Manage and update product listings on platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and the company website
- Ensure accurate pricing, stock levels, and product descriptions
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via ecommerce and other platforms during working hours
- Engage actively with customers to secure purchases and upsell products
- Track store performance, handle order-related reports, and support procurement and vendor coordination
Administrative Support
- Maintain and organize internal digital files, menus, pricelists, communication logs, and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to support operational and customer-related needs
- Document customer interactions, inventory updates, and administrative tasks accurately
Kualifikasi
- Proficient in English
- Experience with Lazada, Shopee, and e-commerce workflows
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe is plus
- Understanding of SEO best practices for product listing optimization
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Self-driven, dependable, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines
