Key Responsibilities:
- Manage e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon)
- Update product listings and coordinate online campaigns
- Handle customer messages and inquiries professionally
- Create and edit simple graphics (menu updates, posters, promotions)
- Produce short video content for TikTok and social media
- Assist with basic social media management and scheduling
Kualifikasi
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in e-commerce management
- Proficiency with Canva, Photoshop (basic), and short-form video editing tools
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin (reading and basic writing)
