Job Description:
- Design and set up a Logistic operation process focusing on Warehouse Dry.
- Coordinate with internal Operational and cross functional teams such as Product, Business Development, Marketing, and external parties on project and process flow operational improvement deliverables.
- Working closely with all Warehouses teams all around the JABODETABEK area.
- Ensure Operation on field excellence (directly on field).
- Ensure all Operations understand all processes and SOP correctly be followed on field (inspection process).
Kualifikasi
- Willing to be placed in Sentul Warehouse.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Statistic, and Math are strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of operational principles and policies.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite Applications.
- Highly motivated with the "never-give-up" and growth mindset.
- Highly willingness to learn and quickly adapt in a face paced environment.
- Willing to work in the field with minimal supervision.
- You have creative thinking as we prefer long-term and sustainable solutions rather than short-term firefighting solutions.
