GreenSM is looking for a hands-on and execution-driven Driver Acquisition Specialist to support driver recruitment growth through impactful events, community engagement, and data-driven marketing initiatives. This role plays a key part in attracting quality drivers and strengthening our presence on the ground.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute driver acquisition activities including roadshows, recruitment events, product activations, exhibitions, and community engagement programs.
- Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to manage logistics, production, manpower, and on-site execution.
- Analyze customer and driver insights to develop effective marketing plans, content strategies, and channel optimization.
- Manage vendor coordination, budgeting, contracts, payments, and post-event reporting with strong administrative control.
- Monitor performance data, maintain dashboards (Excel-based), and generate reports to track acquisition effectiveness and ROI.
Kualifikasi
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields with good English proficiency.
- 2–3 years of experience in driver mass-recruitment, event execution, data coordination, community/vendor management, or marketing operations, preferably within ride-hailing, transportation, logistics, or a startup environment
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to manage multiple events and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of event operations, budgeting, branding, and customer engagement principles.
- Highly skilled in advanced Excel, with the ability analyse data into actionable insights.
