Responsibilities:
- Manage, organize, and maintain all documentation related to VISA applications and processing.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all documents submitted for VISA applications.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., embassies, consulates, agents) regarding document requirements and status.
- Track and monitor document processing timelines to ensure on-time submission and approval.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for all VISA-related documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation audits as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest regulations and requirements regarding VISA processes in various countries.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in handling documents.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable or top-tier university.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general document management software.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive documents.
- Experience in administrative or document management roles is preferred.
- Prior experience in VISA processing or international documentation is a strong advantage.
