  • Generating, organizing, and verifying client documents for visa applications.
  • Ensuring all required documents comply with the specific visa requirements.
  • Managing digital and physical document storage for easy access and confidentiality.
  • Coordinating with our internal team to ensure smooth application processing.
  • Staying updated on changes in visa regulations and requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (any field).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in document handling or administrative roles is a plus
