Job Descriptions:
- To develop an annual by account plan that will ensure the achievements of his area goals & objective in all cluster
- Consistent; productive account coverage in ensuring availability, visibility & presence of RPS brands in national & regional chains
- On time implementation of monthly priorities & submission of reports
- To conduct regular area / team updates
- To develop basic selling skills of APL / sub distributor sales team / MD\s
- To provide solutions, process & system improvements that will address tactical & strategic gaps in operations at area level
Kualifikasi
Job Requirements:
- Maximum age 35 years old
- University graduated, preferably study Pharmacy, Management, and Marketing
- Experience minimum 5 years in Pharmaceutical Company, FMGC, or Cosmetics Business in Channel, Modern Key Account, Cosmetic Stores, and Retail/Traditional Market
- Willing to work/based in across Indonesia
- Microsoft: Excel, Words, Powerpoint
- Fluent in English; both writing and speaking
