Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the distribution center, ensuring all activities are performed efficiently and meet operational standards.
Ensure that orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
Optimize processes and workflows within the distribution center to improve speed, accuracy, and overall performance.
Monitor daily performance metrics, such as order cycle time, order accuracy, and productivity, and take corrective actions when needed.
Implement inventory management best practices, including stock rotation, cycle counting, and shelf life management.
Monitor and manage operational costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
Ensure efficient utilization of resources, including labor, equipment, and space, to minimize waste and optimize performance.
Prepare and present regular reports on distribution center performance, including key metrics, financials, inventory levels, and staffing.

Kualifikasi

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in distribution or warehouse management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience in handling fresh / frozen goods is preferred
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other supply chain technologies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
