We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Discord Server Builder to design, structure, and optimize our Discord community server. You will be responsible for setting up an engaging, well-organized, and user-friendly server that aligns with our brand and community goals. The ideal candidate should have experience with Discord features, bots, moderation tools, and server aesthetics.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build a comprehensive Discord server from scratch or restructure an existing one
- Create clear and organized channel structures (text, voice, stage, etc.)
- Set up roles, permissions, and categories to maintain order and security
- Implement moderation tools and configure bots (e.g., MEE6, Dyno, Carl-bot)
- Customize the server to reflect the brand identity and community needs
- Test server functionality and optimize user experience
- Collaborate with the community and moderation team for ongoing improvements
- Provide documentation or onboarding guides for moderators and users
Kualifikasi
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience creating or managing Discord servers (portfolio or sample servers preferred)
- Deep knowledge of Discord's features, bots, and permission systems
- Familiarity with bot configuration and automation tools
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize server performance
- Good sense of community design and user experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Bonus: Experience in gaming, tech, NFT, or other online communities
