We are looking for a responsible and community-driven Discord Admin/Moderator to help maintain order, safety, and engagement within our Discord server. You will play a key role in enforcing rules, supporting community members, and ensuring the server remains a welcoming space for everyone.
As a Moderator, you will work closely with the Community Manager and other team members to resolve conflicts, manage roles, assist with events, and help grow a healthy and vibrant community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate chat channels to ensure compliance with community rules
- Enforce guidelines fairly and consistently, including issuing warnings or bans when necessary
- Support users by answering questions and resolving minor issues in a timely manner
- Identify and report inappropriate behavior, content, or bugs to the Admin or Community Manager
- Help organize and manage community events or announcements
- Manage roles, permissions, and bot functionalities as needed
- Collaborate with the team to improve the overall structure and flow of the server
- Maintain a positive and inclusive tone in the community
Kualifikasi
✅ Job Requirements:
- Prior experience moderating or administering a Discord server (personal or professional)
- Good understanding of Discord features including roles, permissions, moderation tools, and bots
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Fair, patient, and emotionally intelligent in handling users and difficult situations
- Able to follow established guidelines and protocols
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team
- Bonus: Experience in gaming, tech, NFT, or other online communities
- Bonus: Familiarity with moderation bots like MEE6, Dyno, Carl-bot, or AutoMod
