Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Lead the partnership across the agency portfolio as a senior strategic advisor, providing best-in-class client service based on TTD's vision and values in the Indonesia market.
  • Responsible for growing revenues through strategic cross selling and upselling opportunities by understanding the core client business needs.
  • Provide strategic oversight of your portfolio of accounts, participating in key client meetings while maintaining relationships with senior leaders and decision makers across brands and their corresponding agencies.
  • Work closely with Business Development to cultivate your accounts
  • Develop trusting and productive relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrating the value of The Trade Desk to clients by providing innovative solutions that meet the clients’ needs and our business goals.
  • Manage, motivate and empower a cross functional team of Account Managers and Traders to drive consistent YoY account growth, overseeing their day-to-day management, motivating the team by setting clear expectations, developing career path plans, providing constructive feedback, managing bandwidth and maintaining a high level of performance from the team, reporting progress against goals to management.
  • Participate in product road map build out discussions based on client needs with senior leadership, product, & engineering
  • Communicate effectively with other functions (product, marketing, inventory, partnership team) by solving business challenges together, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
  • Maintain strong cross-pod relationships to support horizontal center of excellence across account management and traders.

Kualifikasi

  • 10-12 years of experience within the digital and programmatic industry in a client focused role.
  • Experience establishing longstanding, consultative client relationships in the Indonesia market.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, executive team and industry groups.
  • Experience at an online publisher, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, SEM platform, DSP, or other online advertising role.
  • Proven track record of driving and exceeding revenue growth with large customer accounts.
  • Strong management skills through a collaborative team approach.
  • A sense of maturity and ability to see the larger picture when making internal and external decisions and coaching your team to do the same.
  • Repeatedly and consistently demonstrates confidence and good judgment in ambiguous situations, is experienced in diffusing difficult situations, and has a proven track record of resolving conflict.
  • Existing relationships at major holding companies a plus.
  • Execute, and coach others to execute, timely in fast-paced environment through effective time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Ambition to develop personally and nurture the development of others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
