Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify and research potential leads using various sources (databases, internet, networking).
- Initiate contact with prospective customers through cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team or other sources promptly.
- Maintain a database of qualified leads and manage the lead pipeline.
- Present and demonstrate the company’s products or services to potential customers.
- Address customer inquiries and provide relevant information to help them make informed decisions.
- Tailor sales pitches to meet the specific needs and preferences of each customer.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
- Provide feedback to the product team based on customer insights and sales experiences.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
