Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Shape the local digital transaction & payment roadmap and define key product capabilities
  • Understand and keep abreast of the competitive landscape, as well as have a clear view of the positioning of the products
  • Identify opportunities for digital innovations in payment & transaction solutions and provide assessment of potential
  • Lead end-to-end product development, encompass conceptualization of new product design, articulation and prioritization of business requirements, review of technical build, user testing and working with relevant stakeholders to set up operational support for reconciliation and settlement
  • Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure alignment to roadmap and delivery plan
  • Monitor product performance and propose changes in customer journeys / features using a data-driven approach

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience with preference in payments/transaction, merchant partnership or relevant banking product roles
  • Familiar with domestic payment rails, merchant partnership, digital channels or digital payment products
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English to facilitate discussion across stakeholders
  • Self-starter and a quick learner, independent, flexible, with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on cross-functional projects
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving, team management, and leadership skills
