Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Develop integrated creative strategies that align with client goals and audience insights across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
  • Analyze digital performance data, market trends, and audience behavior to inform creative concepts and campaign directions.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute ideas for campaigns, ensuring they are on-brand and resonate with target audiences.
  • Define and optimize digital strategies, including platform selection, content formats, and ad placement, to maximize campaign performance.
  • Present strategies, creative concepts, and campaign results to clients, articulating a clear narrative that ties creativity to measurable business outcomes.
  • Work closely with internal teams (creative, data and account management) to ensure seamless execution of strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and creative techniques to propose innovative approaches.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a creative or digital strategy role within a marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing 360-degree campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Creative thinker with a deep understanding of audience psychology and market trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields.
  • Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive in proposing ideas and solutions.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
